​The Great Commissison Church is a 3G church; it gathers, grows and goes.
Gather Events
Grow Groups
Go Teams
The chairs are in rows facing forward. 
The chairs are in a circle facing inward.
The chairs are in a circle facing outward (figuratively).
The communication style is lecture. Questions are rhetorical. The content is chosen by the speaker.
The communication style is conversational. The content is created by the group.
The communication style is instructional. Content is driven by the needs of unbelievers.
The role of the participant is to listen to the leader.
The role of the participant is to share with those in the group.
The role of the participant is to disciple those outside the group.
The goal is to worship as a crowd. 
The goal is to worship as a group.
The goal is to witness to the lost.
The expectation is regular attendance.
The expectation is faithful participation.
The expectation is to make disciples.
Gather events are for the curious, convinced and committed.
Grow groups are for the convinced, and committed.
Go Teams are for the committed.
The aim is to be friendly with those at the event. 
The aim is to develop friendships with those in the group
The aim is to develop friendships with those outside the team.
The strategy is carried out by expository teaching.
The strategy is carried out by conversational teaching.
The strategy is carried out by practical training.
The transforming elements are explanation and instruction. 
The transforming elements are love and truth.
The transforming elements are modeling and coaching.
Weekly meetings are where you show up, and eventually serve. 
Weekly small groups are where you show up, and eventually lead.  
Go meetings are where you show up,  and eventually train others.
The outcome is membership (in the universal Body of Christ).
The outcome is maturity.
The outcome is multiplication.
Attend to learn about God through His word.
Attend and be loved by God through His people.
Attend to learn how to love others for God.
Migration to a Grow group is expected.
Migration to a Go team is encouraged.
Migration from a Go team is eventual.
