- What mission agency has accepted you? Note; acceptance by an approved mission agency is a pre-requisite to this application process. If you have any questions about a specific mission agency, please contact us ASAP. We don't want you to go through the acceptance process only to discover it is not endorsed by this mission team.
- Explain your specific mission trip. If it is to a reached people group, as best as possible, describe how the strategy is empowering and not enabling. In other words, how will you contribute to make disciples? See Global Starting Point #13
- Describe why you chose this specific agency and mission.
- Provide a contact person with that agency who is handling your candidate process.

- How does the gospel influence your decision about this trip?
- Describe where you serve in ministry. Explain the joys, hardship and growth you’ve experienced.
- Describe how you carry out the spiritual disciplines of; devotions, witnessing, praying and fellowship.
- Describe your experience with making disciples. If applicable, include sharing your faith, teaching others to grow and training others to go.
- Describe your vision. What are your future plans?
Describe your Church
- Are we your home Church? In other words, is this the Church where you faithfully attend, serve, give and if asked, the one place you would vote? If so, why is this your home Church? If not, are you willing to make it so? Please note that membership is not a requirement for missionary service.
- How long have you faithfully attended church?
- If this is your sending Church, you will be care for more closely than if it was not. This includes establishing a close relationship with you on our part to be aware if your field and stateside need. It also necessities that you be in communication with our mission team on a regular basis. Are you in agreement with this relationship?
