COACH DISCOVERY GROUP LEADERS

Coach Discovery Group (DG) leader(s) in an ongoing basis. It is critical that new leaders experience personal contact from a coach on a weekly basis. Personal contact consists of either an in-person meeting or talking by phone. While it will start out weekly, it will gradually transition to regular meetings that will eventually become "as needed" meetings. But a high degree of personal contact is essential in the first stages of coaching. Eventually, as you gather more than one leader, create meetings attended by multiple leaders. This allows for cross-pollination, enhanced accountability, and mutual encouragement.

Coach DG leader(s) towards belief, then multiplication. Emphasize the relevant parts of the List of Discovery Stories. Begin with the Starter Stories, then move to the Creation to Christ stories and finally the Church to Eternity stories. Eventually take them through this Multiply tool.
