Coaching isn’t about control or expertise—it’s about walking alongside others to encourage faithfulness, simplicity, and reproduction. Regular check-ins help people stay obedient to Jesus, grounded in Scripture, and aligned with the vision to see movements multiply.
- Look Back Before You Look Ahead. Begin every coaching conversation by asking, “How did your ‘I will’ statement go?” Celebrate obedience, identify barriers, and reinforce the importance of action over information.
- Keep the Bible Central. Anchor every meeting in God’s Word. Ask, “What does this passage say about making disciples?" Let Scripture do the heavy lifting in shaping hearts and guiding next steps.
- Plan for Multiplication. Don’t just coach someone to lead a group—coach them to start coaching others. Keep asking, “Who else can you train?” so the DNA of simple, multiplying discipleship continues beyond you.
